- Prepare 1 kilogram of Minced Beef (Keema).
- Prepare 1 of medium Onion (grounded).
- You need 1 of more medium Onion (chopped).

- Prepare 4 tbsp. of Chick Pea Flour (freshly ground).
- It's 1 of Egg.
- It's 2 tbsp. of Milk Powder.
- It's 8 of Allspices (Kabab Cheeni) (ground).
- It's of Salt (to taste).
- You need 2 tbsp of Cooking Oil.
