- Prepare 300 g of Chopped mushrooms.
- It's 1 of onion thinly sliced.

Cook until the mushrooms are limp and browned. Remove to a bowl, and set aside. In the same skillet, stir in vegetable broth, being sure to stir in any browned bits off the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat to low, and return the mushrooms and onion to the skillet.

- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until translucent.
- Add garlic and saute until raw aroma goes away.
- Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Add stock, paprika and sauce. Since my stock had salt, I skipped it. Mix well.
- Allow to cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well. Reduce heat to low. Curry will split if cooked on high to medium heat.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parsley and mix. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with rice. You can cook noodles in Stroganoff curry, it tastes good.
