- It's 1 litre of Curd.
- It's 1 cup of sugar.
- It's of cardamon powder.

- Take curd in muslin cloth and tie tightly and hung it.Let all the water drain from the curd.Leave it for 4-5 hours..
- Remove the hung curd into bowl..
- Grind sugar along with cardamon pods to make fine powder..
- Tie muslin cloth to a round vessel.Then add 1 spoon of curd and 1 spoon of sugar powder..
- With help of spoon beat the sugar and curd mixture nicely.Beat till all the mixture turn smooth and will collect in the bowl.We can use hand also to beat the mixture..
- Then continue this process with the remaining curd and sugar powder..
- Keep this shrikhand in fridge for 2 hours and serve chill..
